WORLD GLAUCOMA DAY – 6 MARCH 2008
Tomorrow, 6 March 2008 is first World Glaucoma Day.
My dad is having this disease.
Once blindness set in, its cannot be cured.ÂÂÂ
It is painless and without any symptom and gradual loss of sight till one goes blind.
Normal eye pressure is about 12 to 21 mmHg.
As little as two to three weeks, one can go blind if left undetected and untreated.
