Korean pop group Girls' Generation won the Best Pop Video Award for their song "Genie" at Japan's Space Shower Music Video Awards on Sunday.   Now in its 15th year, the event reviewed some 4,000 music videos released so far this year and awarded Girls’ Generation the top honor for pop artists.   The group unveiled a Japanese version of their music video for "Run Devil Run" on Saturday.   Girls' Generation, from the website of Space Shower Music Video Awards           http://english.chosun.com/site/data/html_dir/2011/04/12/2011041200387.html
