Travel 101 ... Krabi
How to spend S$101 (you big spender, you) in a day
by Serene Lim
Krabi should thank its lucky stars it avoided the commercialism of Phuket. And its rusticity has served it well, especially when escaping to nearby paradises of Koh Lanta and Railay with easy boat connections. The plethora of adventurous activities from caving to whitewater rafting lures hardcore junkies and eco-tourists alike. And if you can help it, don't leave Krabi without trying some of the tastiest and cheapest Thai food around. SERENE LIM
