Sophisticated nosh made with locally sourced produce and excellent coffee hit the spot. The Full Benne (NZ$16.50) with egg hollandaise, hashcakes and freshly made pesto should keep you happy.     Paintball at Mountain Valley: S$30.50   It's time for some action at Napier's most scenic grounds. Mountain Valley (www.mountainvalley.co.nz) lives up to its name overlooking Te Waka peak with the Mohaka River running through it. It's an adventure lodge with loads of activities but blasting away across the lush fields sounds like the most fun. Load up with a starter pack of 100 paintballs with a semi-automatic, VForce Goggles and gloves for NZ$30.   Beer at Cabana Bar: S$13.05   Napier's legendary bar nurses a great rep as "the best gig in the country" and it's the place to catch live bands.
